They may be part of the 99% but they are not in the stupid group. Most of the protesters have no clue why they are there and are only doing it because their buddy is doing it and they are scoring good weed for free. over half of them can't tell you why they are protesting.
I think it is great that people unite to express their opinions and disapproval of the status quo but these guys are unorganized and uninformed in many cases. Once winter sets in, they will tuck tail and go home because most don't have the backbone to stand up for something for any length of time.
