The sharks you reference in your post, would they be the Millennium Holdings folks, you know in the SEC filing, they and George David Gordon filed suit against the company. My DD on Avalon got real interesting when this popped up? Google George David Gordon, he filed suit against Avalon along with Millennium Holdings. Google Millennium Holdings and Davis Freeberg's VOIS.com - Golden Melody or Laryngitis? In that article he speacks of sled dogs.
My research found numerous folks that tried to put deals together with Avalon and thought they had been successful, but failed in the eleventh hour. The Avalon management refused to do business with these folks when they found out who they were. Some of these folks are now in jail; some of these same folks were referenced on this board as having a suit against the company and presented as the victim. Robert Boeckman and his son, Mid Continent Investments, Sooner Trend, tried to do business with Avalon and failed,are these the sharks you reference? Have you heard what jr has been up to lately. google jr......... Robert Doviak was an angel compared to some of these folks and their associates that tried and failed to sell their scam to Avalon.
My research didn’t stop there; who were these folks associated with, the ones that didn't go to jail and where are these people today. Some of these folks have very large egos, even posting their pictures on social media boards; when they do that they become very easy to identify, along with their handles. Are these the sharks you are referring too in your post? Angry because they thought they had a deal, shook hands, hugged- and then felt the knife in the back.
The victims here are the current stakeholders and the Avalon management team.
