In their last 10-Q, they had curtailed all operations and were down to 2 employees.

The debt really isn't that big of a deal. Someone here just makes a big deal about it to lure off investors. I like the direction the company is headed.

Sales are on the rise and the debt is diminishing. What else can one ask for?
