Your comment about never generated growth from its portfolio of properties!
One example of growth is the Port Washington property, I think everyone is aware of the returns this property has generated. Avalon has also increased our position in the Grace properties. The last SEC filing numbers speak for themself; I find growth in those numbers, meaning closer to showing a profit.
Your comment about, cannot fund work overs, I too would like to know the status of the work overs, but I can wait until the company makes an announcement. Your speculation it noted.
Been down the OilTek road to many times, but the spinoff was completed, awaiting the OilTek IPO.
