got the ribs today. i absolutely died laughing when they arrived.
the girl in the lobby buzzes me and says there's a 'cooler' for me. I'm thinking 'Eh?' So I walk out there. She's scared to death. She's thinking it's somebody's body on ice or something.
Hell, I wasn't even sure what it was until I saw your name on it.
Coleman cooler shipped overnight via Fedex. Has arth's name on it. Open it up...4 racks of ribs beautifully packaged, Lemon chello for dessert. Not just sauce...but 3 types of sauce perfectly packaged in plastic bottles ready for a picnic.
You really did one helluva job. Not to mention gave me a nice cooler I can use.
So, you better believe we ate a rack of ribs for lunch today. Phenomenal, dude. We were all raving about them. I'm a fan of the mild/sweet sauce myself. Haven't tried the dry rub. Have 3 racks left to figure out my favorite sauce. :)
Seriously, thanks for sending it, it was a nice break in the day, incredible lunch, and you really did it up right.
