The key ingredient in all of this is the fact that the old TA is under SEC investigation and is being dealt with by them. This isn't something $EMXC just came up with and announced. The old TA is in fact under SEC investigation. And if you look at what the TA does, they are indeed the responsible party here for this problem. It is literally impossible to issue any kind of dividends with no TA, because there is no one to issue them.
I do understand where the basis of what your saying comes from, but the fact that there is proof from the SEC that this issue is legitimate says it all.
