WE NEED THE R/S DONE!!!!!

USSIF will continue to lag as long as Management drags its feet on the R/S. Many individuals & institutions will not even consider USSIF until the R/S is behind us. Individuals feel that a R/S is bad and the security will fall afterwards; we know differently in USSIF's case. Many institutions are prohibited by their by-laws from investing in "penny stocks". We simply need the R/S completed to move the SP up. And, then promptly followed by the AMEX listing approval to further expand the universe of potential buyers.
If there is a reason the R/S is being delayed, Management owes shareholders an explanation. Someone needs to ask that question of Management at the third Q CC. Let's pledge: whomever gets through on the line asks why is the R/S delayed and when will it be completed.
