w/ MNTA's patents confirmed...but mL $$$ is what it is...it is now time for her to consider monetizing m L to NVS/S, then move on and sign new partnerships.
and a new partnership is a no brainer if/when Mcopax is FDA approved.
...over the long haul, would be an overall NVS/Sandoz loss which is why I believe they will take out MNTA soon enough.
