drhunt ,Matt --i don't know if you think RP is a sales type or not ,from your post . But isn't Steve Ferguson VP of sales supposed to possess the full sales ability . How about Tom Boska ?
These 2 guys are the meat of the sales team ,as I understand it .
In a competitive market place ,ala CE ,we must have highly skilled sales closers . Imo RP is not that type .
