This is solely my opinion, but I believe Corley has made it clear that he is not interested in pleasing traders. Not implying that you are one, what I mean is that perhaps he knows that as long as STAU doesn't halt trading all together, he has time to remove the chill in the future. Based on his statements my guess is that he believes investors should be in STAU for the long-haul and thus, for lack of a better way to put it, doesn't care if some brokers don't trade STAU...right now.
Let's see what the future brings. If he is as serious about making this a real powerhouse company as I believe he is, then surely trading on a different exchange down the road is in the back of his mind, as is all the hoop-jumping that comes with it.
Don't get me wrong, I feel your pain as I am stuck with a different non-trader myself at the moment... I wish all brokers would allow STAU to trade now!
