Susie -

iHub and SI have long used this ISP that we've known, they've normally provided great service and an unbeatable price.

Last few weeks, they've been horrific. This week was the week I was going to push for ISP switch. Had no idea Bob and I were going to Vegas.

We have our hands tied behind our back with this ISP and I don't see any way we'll have it fixed until Bob finally switches them. I don't like throwing things in other's laps, but this is Bob's issue to handle and I'll be putting pressure on him to either resolve it permanantly with these guys or move to a new ISP, despite how much work it'd be. Dave and I are tired of dealing with hangups..not only from fixing it standpoint, but we get just as ticked off as you guys using the site.

It's completely unacceptable. I'm on hold with them right now. Our main dude's voice mail is maxed and can't even take anymore. <sigh>

As for OCS, trust me, there's nothing to worry about.

This is who we are using: http://www.intelenet.net/ I've never been in a more sophisticated data center in my life, and I've been in a lot of 'em. The security all the way around was mind-blowing, their technology is cutting edge, and their reliablity numbers are best I've ever seen. No worries about OCS. It's mission critical and downtime won't be tolerated when you're talking money.

Susie, good question but trust me these Data Center problems won't happen with OCS, we have the best Data Center. I know, I met the people there, they walked us through their complex and I watched Matt's jaw drop and salivate. Matt said we have to have that and I wrote the check that day.

Susie, I assure you we have the best Data Center, OCS is very personal to me and my partners. I personally promise you I will do my best to give you all the best of the best.

Susie,

While our network problems are inexcusable, they are wholly unrelated to OCS. The nature of their business will undoubtedly result in a much higher level of redundancy (and corresponding expense).

Well said!

Perhaps it is time for nose to the grindstone?
