Herman Cain spoke this morning at the Nat'l Press Club - the guy is just not believable!...In one sentence Cain says he was not aware of any sexual harrassment accusations...then he says he "recused himself" from an investigation by the Nat'l Restaurant Assoc legal dept...So Cain "recused himself" from an investigation he knew nothing about - and how does one "recuse" themself from an investigation that he is the subject of anyhow?

POLITICO's Jonathan Martin was on MSNBC minutes ago and said the 2 females in question received a 5-figure payout from the Nat'l Restaurant Assoc after reporting Cain's sexual harrassment and left their jobs at the Assoc.
