I agree with you 110% Nothing has changed internally really. Thus why the FED here in the USA are keeping housing interest rates next to nil till 2014. Unemployment is not moving in the least. Still extremely high here. We hit high friday as it battled to stick green in my opinion so folks are taking profit all around.
