They are still working on finding the necessary financing for Cardiobip and my3kg. The current climate is making it difficult.
They won't take any deal, just to have a deal. The management still owns up to 40% of the common stock. They will do whats in their best interests financially, which is also in ours.

Just have to wait. Remember, they have much more to lose then we do.
