Which Lovenox patent trial? Amphastar's or Teva's? Or both? (I think 466 is still in play for Teva - but would agree it is very likely to be permanently out for Amphastar.)

Pending discovery (which hasn’t yet happened because the case was not deemed urgent), the ‘466 patent is nominally still in play in MNTA’s Lovenox lawsuit against Teva.
