in the prior PR claiming that WPI is fully indemnified by Amphastar for liabilities arising from the Lovenox program.

Given the magnitude of the potential damages, is Amphastar able to indemnify WPI? IF that is in doubt, you can bet that WPI will be pushing Amphastar to settle.
