Has a launch of sanofi's authorized generic lovenox already occured. Could Momenta pay sanofi a fee or royalty to delay the launch of the authorized generic.

According to previous reporting on this board, Momenta management has already said that the movement to the hybrid system is not reversible - i.e. from a Momenta/Sandoz contract perspective the hybrid is here to stay.

PS Even if the hybrid were reversible it is clear that Momenta paying Sanofi a fee to stop launching would bring down the FTC like a ton of bricks.
