The word dilution often is used to portray a bad action by a company. In fact selling of shares to eventually produce a profitable result is what a company has to do. That is what shares are in the treasury for, to get some money to work with.

So as long as the company reports verifiable progress toward a believable goal, "dilution" is not a bad thing.

thanks for the reply, I dont know when its going to setled down to bottom hope it will not go sub penny, as far as i know they need more financing for few years and dont know they going to get it, they still have half of their authorized share. I never heard anything about Dong Than acquisition updates I think thats the only thing that will drive this pps up or not. Anybody have an update? may LANDMAN will enlighten us.... thanks
