He got an e-mail from somebody in Nigeria about Churak being a trustworthy individual, and that he was needed to manage some millions of $$ put into a hidden account by a former dictator. Churak sent them a fee to grease the skids, and took off for Lagos. I think he is shopping for African art while he is there, as well as looking for a new keyboard to replace the one he yucked up while at the Derf's Grotto thread. In any case, I expect him back shortly.
