The A/S here is 5B...the O/S is capped at 3.5B by shareholder resolution at the last shareholder meeting years ago...the issued/outstanding is just about 3.5B as bondholders converted up to the limit they could(3.5B) in the month prior to the BK filing---they still had a bunch to go as their ratchet protection allowed them around 16B if all conversions took place...

so, you're correct, no(more) dilution :-)
