In an attempt to make the charge list overwhelmingly bulky and intimidating, it looks like AMD has stretched too far and included cases of nit-picking and frivolousness. Already, several industry writers have picked up on this in the news, so it wouldn't surprise me if this is used as a defense tactic.

Edit: plus, the, "We are a strong company, but could have been STRONGER," argument should be enough to erase doubt of AMD hypocrisy.

Tenchu, I find it funny that you both have (or at least pretend to have) the same reading comprehension problems. I doubt that the jury will have them as well. I didn´t.
