Jag...Here is the best info available after the redomicile in Delaware.

"Hemi Energy Group Inc (HMGP) was incorporated and domiciled in Texas until April 8, 2009. The corporation was then redomiciled in the State of Delaware, wherein Keith Anderson as Director, filed a new Certificate of Incorporation through an Incorporator. There appears to be errors on the Certificate and there may be question as to its validity. The new share structure was then authorized to be 152,000,000 shares (150,000,000 common shares and 2,000,000 preferred shares). The outstanding share count shortly after the redomiciling of the corporation was 119,562,665."
