Once the SEC suspense a company for failure to file .. the company has an opportunity to respond telling the SEC - when they will be current and how will they get there.

Since FFGO is already abandoned
with ZERO assets and an expired corporation, ZERO revenue, Zero employees .. and 6 years past due in filings .. there will be NO response
