I believe the same words were uttered by Emax's TA a couple of months ago! How did that one turn out?
Do you think the SEC randomly investigated Emax's TA? Don't you think it was possible that some "person" wrote an "anonymous" complaint which they investigated ;-)
Maybe some of that money is going the way of refurbishing an oil terminal in Pennsylvania that has been heating up in the Marcellus Shale news lately. Oil is a s hot as gold and metals. The market is returning and only the quality companies with serious assets and with hard working management's will prevail. EMXC, MPIX and GMND fit the bill.
Step by step. These companies filings are taking them to Pink Sheet Current this year. Then with audited financials they will go OTC Bulletin Board. These things do not happen overnight. Yet, they are happening with these companies now.
