It happened because of all the complaints from right here on this board. Heck everyone knew that there will still converts from old debt being sold and we were doing just fine. Now the SEC will move in and have to address the SS and make sure that all traded match trade for trade. I hate the DTCC lockouts they take a long time. Well one positive.
