VRTX’s chief commercial officer, Nancy Wysenski, is “retiring” at age 54:

Wysenski was hired only 2.5 years ago (#msg-44384605). Incivek sales are slowing and Kalydeco basically sells itself, so perhaps there’s not much work for a CCO to do.
