I thought originally, it involved some "money turnaround", so to speak........
ARN bought a controlling interest, in DGIN.(and handed money to DGIN?)
DGIN then buys ARN, as a subsidiary.(and handed money to ARN?)
Did DGIN use the ARN's "money", to buy the ARN?
