When Rambus sued for SDRAM and DDR royalties, the Ram-bulls were extremely giddy over the prospects of billions of dollars in damages, past royalties and future royalties. Even the Hed Turnip (#board-1125) was on the side of Rambus, though he traded the stock more for its volatility than for long-term value.
