Juries couldn't figure out the OJ killed Nicole or that Michael diddles little boys. You want them deciding Intel's fate when AMD is whining sniveling and playing the victim?
Elmer, don't worry. I don't think this case will make it to a jury. And if it does, just consider your examples. In both OJ and Michael's case, the jury sided with Reasonable Doubt, not with the prosecution.
