If you look at a map of Northern Vietnam, which Hanoi is located in, you will see the stupidity of that plan.

I have reviewed your posts and most of them are just "what you think" , and " your interpertation on events " without any support to back those views up. What that means to me is that your sincerity about really caring about any issue is suspect.
