Post production means it's already been filmed. We are not raising money here for a movie to be made. IT'S ALREADY MADE!

And - it's shopping at a very legitimate and prestigious market. The American Film Market is a huge gathering and tons of distribution deals are made there!! Even if it gets picked up for straight to DVD - that's huge. You don't attend the AFM with bs films.
