When only 10% or less of a host population,

they keep a low profile and do NOT cause

problems.

However, once Muslims reach a critical mass

of about 15% in a city or a region, the Mullahs

start to demand special treatment from the

host government, and threaten demonstrations

and riots if their demands are NOT met.
