Right, Anthrax Dan. AMD's business is doing so well, they decided just to augment it with a lawsuit.

Shakedown, mudslinging, and politics. Seems like AMD isn't confident with the technical merits of Opteron, Athlon 64, and HyperTransport. Why do you suppose that is? Because Intel's big and bad, or because AMD can't even market water to a thirsty man in the desert?
