As an investor, my view of a company's management is a little more nuanced than simply whether they go to jail or not.

I was simply responding to your question about what his checkered history was.

At this point, from my perspective, this is ancient history and should have no impact on the company going forward. It did allow me to get my initial stake in the company cheap, so I suppose I should be grateful. :)
