but my point is that there is not any indication of a huge accumulation of this stock by one person. I speculate this hypothisis because of the daily volume numbers for this stock. If one person were accumulating a large block, he is very patient indeed. Kind of contrary to normal accumulation in this segment of the market. Most times things happen to a stock like this in a flurry by traders. They accumulate quickly to run the stock up to create interest and then dump. Their capital is not tied up for too long, they take their profits and head out to do it again somewhere else. But, stranger things have happened and if a single person is accumulating a large block, he will have to declare himself (% of outstanding shares he holds) sooner than later. I am not sure if this happens within a certain amount of time after a certain % is accumulated or if he must do this at the end of the year or both.
