I would say ,If I own shares in US Silver which has no debts,no encumbrances,no burdens ,other than it's own management,labor and investors,then I say WE OWN IT and DTCC would have NO involvement.Isn't their involvement in equities limited to those that require assistance? Like I've said before ,if management ,labor and investors don't want more than their fair share then outside influences need not be involved.
