iandy, didn't mean the post so much to point negativity to HB, it's just what I recalled. HB big buy did wonders for the pps as many saw the move as super bullish. What happened before won't be remembered by many as his best moments. No doubt it was nasty and personal for all involved. It happens all the time. Nothing that was gonna get him arrested, so it didn't make me concerned about my investment. The books are clean, that's what counts more.
Harvey has had his moments, and has generally improved, especially after the restructuring the MRK deal. His NDA comment was stating the what experienced folks (not saying I'm one of them) should have likely presumed anyway. I know now I'll be thinking they're beginning to write the '113 NDA next July...or they ought to be.
I'm clearly on the record generally supporting HB in the past 18 months or so. His hand has been getting stronger and it seems he's playing it well.
