Good dd, but bad conclusion. Its right in the pr. Shkz is not going to be 3 separte companies, they are aquiring existing parts of 3 different businesses to put together 1 solar operation. From classic all they are looking for is their existing infastructure and installation knowledge, with the will match with a solar panel maker who we don't know who yet, all matched with interdyn cfo which will do the computer systems involved in monitoring the solar. Classic may very well be out of the solar room business, but shkz now has certain parts of that company that will help shkz do its solar installations. You have to have the proper business accumen to know what to look for to figure things out before other investors do...
