Does anyone know, off hand, how many financings ARIAD has done since Berger threw in his own money to purchase shares. It would be very telling the financing he made his purchase was the last financing that they had done. However, if memory serves the financing where Berger made his purchase was done in the high 1s and they did another financing somewhere about 9 months later after they released a flurry of trial data and saw some price appreciation.
Anyone with a memory for these things care to respond?
