I'll do more DD later, but CFO alone is said to have revenue of near $4M at this time, and that is just 1 merger of 3.....if all 3 were at $4M in revenue, you are looking at at $12M revenue company here.
At just a measly 5% net that's $600K profit here/year, use PE 20 that makes this a $12M stock. I'm sure I'm going to find more evidence to support at least $10M net worth here. At the current O/S that's PPS .06.....and even if there were 1B shares out, that's PPS .01
