If they are waiting on approval of the company name change and maybe a new stock symbol too, then that is the hold-up. It may not be their desire to hold off on new PRs this long but I can understand not wanting to issue news until they have the new corporate identity. Any news issued under Denarii/DNRR now would be lost after the change and have to be re-issed which wastes money unnecessarily. Makes sense to me.
