But still all in all if all those shares are restricted this is pretty cheap. Thats probably 85 90% restricted. Those are my type of stocks. It makes one wonder why someone is desperate to sell. Either its a early stock trading giveaway, somebody got paid in stock for services and they dont care what price just as long as they get paid, or somebody got some discounted shares and just want a few dollars.


But no matter if the shares are locked up like that its gotta bounce one day. Esp if they are acquiring and moving along in the right direction and got a lawsuit.imo
