The timing is bad too.

The launch of an AG* suggests that the PI is unnecessary to prevent irreparable harm - the harm already has been done.

Depending on just how the new formula works in a three way (w/ AG) there may not be much additional damage to MNTA. Counsel for Amphastar will not miss this.
