I agree with you.
But Joe only responds when he feels like it. When you check his site (joenoelstocks.com), the tougher questions, he simply ignores...

I sent out a mail to joe/agay, asking for update. Also got bounced on Joe's mail address..... (tried another mail of him, for which I did not get an error ==> [e-mail])

I agree, the communication (or lack of) is at best crap. And it does feel like endless promises, but is that just what I am seeing after being on this board, or is it a fact.

In the past couple of weeks there have been some big things happen. Full page article in a pop mag with JB, we have a promoter for the shares, JB talked about PG on TV ?

WE are just not seeing it reflected here yet thats all.
