Berd I have issue with your DD. Please correct me if I am wrong since I am simply going off of what I believe is true:
1) Insiders (I also put paid promoters in the same category, since they also receive restricted shares) can't sell their shares till at least November 14th.
2) Many insiders (like St. Clair, who is the best executive we have at OPMG) received their shares based on the value of over .04 cents, so it would be detrimental to their own positions to sell their shares below that, regardless if they become unrestricted.
3) And here's one for the rumorville: Any insider share will be bought back by another insider who needs to get their own pps down, creating a stronghold of the company once it gathers steam this holiday season
