That, surely, is one explanation for the lack of reporting. The numbers become sort of irrevelant because of an impending settlement.

SevenTenEleven: No question in my mind that all the regulators are fully aware of this situation. In fact, I suspect a deal was struck between company officials and the regulators over a year ago and we are following the script of that deal. My guess is that the deal will be done by yearend. Time will tell all. Go FFGO!!!
