I don't see any "bombshells" more like a former employee who got clipped and wanted to shake them EV out of some cash,it says cleary in ARTS 10-K,the plans to spin of PBHG and TSRR and they are audited as well as PBHG fillings,dont see any merit in his case.Rash got fired,why should he get 800k???????
