I agree on PLX. I think market share most likely would have to come from outside of US.

I am however less optimistic about the prospects of the drug in taking market share than I was before the delays.

I assume these concerns are just specific to their lead drug and not necessarily to the drugs that comprise the rest of their pipeline.
