Agree that Momenta has a good chance on PI. But keep in mind that i was only evaluating the particular patents they asserted as making 466 obvious. Even in areas where someone is a 'technical expert' it is notoriously difficult have knowledge of all the things in the literature and patents that might make your patent invalid. It takes a lot of leg work to sift thru all of those things - and ampha will have that time prior to trial start. So i'd expect them to put up a better fight at the infringement trial. The only mystery is why they put up such a lame defense given that the suit against Teva gave them 9 months to prepare.
