I honestly do not think we can understand the point of the order without a little more data than we have.

I don’t especially care what the underlying technical issue is; if MNTA can find a precedent to support the claims interpretation between now and Tuesday and can present the material cogently in five pages or less, they probably get a PI. If they can’t they probably don't.
